[Manila, Philippines] Imploding is the right term for the Liberal Party, which has Noynoy Aquino and Mar Roxas as its standard bearers.

But that's what usually happens when politicians and civil society types, both of whom want to portray themselves as cleaner than clean, get together to anoint the leader they falsely market, and impose him on the Filipino people.

Never mind if ....

What's this?
Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Noynoy was quoted as saying he did not know that this was how Serge felt, nobody told him, while another claimed that he didn’t think Serge was serious in his threat.

Gee, this early, and Noynoy already has a cordon sanitaire. Worse, it looks like he doesn’t know what’s going on. He doesn’t even get the sentiments of his partymates first, but just does as he is told by party leaders. He doesn’t abide by his own spiel of “new politics” and “reforms.”

But then again, what else can be expected of hypocrites?
